Hey There!

I'm Lina, and I am a master colorist, extension artist and hair stylist based in Reading, MA. I strive to empower women to express their inner beauty through their hair. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where you feel cared for, pampered and listened to. 

 

I was born in Bogota, Colombia, where I grew up and got a degree in Psychology and Fine Arts. I landed in Washington D.C. in 2000, where I began an exciting new adventure in the beauty industry. I started working for Aveda Beauty Salons in Northern Virginia. After seven years I moved to Boston, where I call home.

 

I have a confession, I absolutely love my job. It can be addicting to make people feel beautiful! I believe that your hair should not only reflect your personality, but your lifestyle as well. I absolutely love to learn new techniques and trends to help you to achieve the look of your dreams. My guests love to hear about my educational adventures!  Always with a warm and caring spirit, I thoughtfully listen to each of my guests who sits in my chair, and then beautifully bring their vision to life. 

 

When I'm not working, you 'll find me spending time on personal projects like house transformations, crafts, knitting, or trying new recipes in the kitchen. I also love to be outdoors, nothing better than a nice hike or long bike ride to enjoy nature! After our recent wedding, our family has expanded to include four wonderful kids, bringing immeasurable joy to our lives. I count my blessings each morning, and I'm so grateful to have found a career that allows me to live a life full of fun and creativity.
